Spectacle D'INSPIRATION POPULAIRE
Joué par un trio éphémère.
J’ai créé ce spectacle avec l’envie de faire connaissance avec les membres du public en les rendant source principale de cette pièce de théâtre improvisée.
Joué une trentaine de fois, j’ai eu le plaisir de partager la scène avec 2 invité.es différent.es à chaque représentation. Un véritable carrefour de l’impro !
De quoi s’agit il?
Après un moment de rencontre et de bavardage avec les membres du public, 3 comédien.nes vont improviser une pièce de théâtre inspirée de ces différentes discussions.
Un spectacle où le public peut se retrouver à chaque instant.
Un moment de rencontre et de véritable partage entre joueur.ses et spectateur.rices.

I created this show with the desire to get to know the audience members by making them the main source of this improvised play.
Performed around thirty times, I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with 2 different guests at each performance. A real crossroads for improv!
What is it about?
After a moment of meeting and chatting with members of the public, 3 actors will improvise a play inspired by these different discussions. A show where the public can meet again at any time. A moment of meeting and real sharing between player and spectator.

Ok, et c’est quoi ce spectacle ?
La musique est omniprésente dans nos vies. Certaines chansons nous rappellent une personne, une époque, un simple regard, ou une habitude.
Il suffit parfois de quelques notes pour revivre cet instant, imprimé en nous, marquant dans notre histoire.
Nous avons tous cette playlist, qui ravive nos souvenirs et nos émotions.
Un spectacle improvisé où les scènes se succéderont au fil des souvenirs musicaux du public.
Quand nos chansons, empreintes du passé, sont aujourd’hui sources d’inspirations.

Ok, and what is this show?
Music is omnipresent in our lives. Some songs remind us of a person, a time, a simple glance, or a habit. Sometimes a few notes are enough to relive this moment, imprinted in us, marking our history. We all have this playlist, which rekindles our memories and emotions. An improvised show where the stages will follow one another over the audience's musical memories. When our songs, imprints of the past, are now a source of inspiration.
Spectacle TOURNAGE

Le synopsis ?
Une équipe de tournage investi les lieux. Le public découvre en parallèle l'histoire du film ET l'ambiance d'un plateau de tournage. Jusqu'à parfois ne plus savoir distinguer la fiction de la réalité!
Un véritable exercice d'équilibriste pour les comedien.nes, sous la houlette de la / du réalisateur.rice.

The synopsis?
A film crew took over the place. At the same time, the public discovers the story of the film AND the atmosphere of a film set. Until sometimes no longer knowing how to separate fiction from reality!

Zip et Zou ont encore oublié leur livre de contes. Puisque c’est ainsi, ils demandent aux enfants de les aider à construire une histoire extraordinaire.
Pirates et corsaires, cowboys et indiens, chevaliers et princesses et biens d’autres encore se retrouveront dans des aventures rocambolesques, se perdront dans des lieux insolites et rencontrerons de drôles de créatures…Poésie, magie, aventure …Jusqu’où va nous mener l’imagination des enfants ?

J’ai créé ce spectacle pour que les participant.es du stage L’Intention du Personnage puissent mettre en pratique les outils exploités durant celui ci.
L’idée générale ?
Chaque interaction de notre vie est guidée par nos intentions les plus intrinsèques.
Sur ce spectacle, le public aura le pouvoir de guider l'évolution des personnages, des relations, des interactions.
Les improvisateur.rice.s auront le plaisir de se laisser embarquer dans ces histoires où tout coup de théâtre et virage incontrôlé seront monnaie courante.
I created this show in order that participants of the Character Intention course can put into practice the tools used during it.
The general idea ?
Every interaction in our life is guided by our most intrinsic intentions.
On this show, the audience will have the power to guide the evolution of characters, relationships, interactions.
The improvisers will have the pleasure of being embroiled in these stories where any twist and uncontrolled turn will be commonplace.
Stage L'INTENTION DU PERSONNAGE
Mes experiences de “jeu face caméra” et formations m’ont permis de découvrir des outils que j’ai eu plaisir a adapter pour l’improvisation théâtrale.
Ce stage est axé sur le jeu théâtral, la dimension émotionnelle du personnage.
Comment donner de la profondeur émotionnelle aux relations, aux personnages ?
La relation fait naître les personnages, et lie les comédiens. Partant du principe que JOUER, c’est AGIR SUR L’AUTRE, Le jeu ne peut être que CONNECTÉ et COLLECTIF.
Faire vibrer ses personnages avec ce qu’il y a de plus humain en nous pour des scènes de théâtre touchantes, sincères.
IMPACTER et ETRE IMPACTÉ.ES pour habiter la scène.
My experiences of "playing facing camera" and training allowed me to discover tools that I have enjoyed adapting for theatrical improvisation.
This workshop is focused on theatrical play, the emotional dimension of the character.
How to give emotional depth to relationships, to characters?
The relationship gives birth to the characters, and binds the actors. Based on the principle that PLAYING is ACTING ON THE OTHER, The game can only be CONNECTED and COLLECTIVE.

Coaching PRISE DE PAROLE EN PUBLIC
Utilisation des outils de l'improvisation théâtrale pour développer sa confiance en matière de prise de parole en public.
Grâce à des exercices pratiques les participant.es identifient leurs acquis et améliorent leurs compétences et leur confiance à l’oral.
Les axes travaillés et objectifs sont :
- LE REGARD : Principale connexion avec l’auditoire. Regarder et assumer être regardé.e.
- LA VOIX : Occuper l’espace sonore sans effort.
- LE CORPS : Du placement scénique à la communication non verbale, acquérir une écoute et maitrise de son corps.
- LE MOMENT PRESENT : Être relié.e à sa respiration, à l’instant présent. Pour un esprit et un corps détentus.
- LE STORYTELLING : Etre suffisamment en confiance pour oser mettre de soi dans ses prises de parole et rendre sa communication plus percutante et authentique.
Coaching PUBLIC SPEAKING
Using the tools of theatrical improvisation to develop confidence in public speaking.
Through practical exercises, participants identify what they have learned and improve their oral skills and confidence.
The areas worked on and objectives are:
- THE LOOK: Main connection with the audience. Watch and assume to be watched.
- THE VOICE: Occupy the sound space effortlessly.
- THE BODY: From stage placement to body language, learn to listen and master your body.
- THE HERE-AND-NOW: To be connected to your breathing, to the present moment. For a relaxed mind and body.
- THE STORYTELLING: Be confident enough to dare to put oneself in your speeches and make your communication more powerful and authentic.
